Senior Principal Over the past 32 years, DJ Healey has founded and run her own firm, started the Texas patent litigation practice of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, and opened Fish & Richardson’s Houston office. Healey represents clients across a range of sectors, including electrical, computer technology, energy and petrochemical, manufacturing, software, and medical devices. She has appeared before federal district courts and she acted as co-counsel on a recent patent case at the US Supreme Court. Alongside her IP practice, Healey has an active pro-bono caseload spanning immigration and civil rights matters and she works with Immigration Equality, an LGBTQ immigrant rights organisation.
