Trademark and advertising lawyer Jeffrey Greene has rejoined Foley & Lardner after stints at Fenwick & West, and Cooley.
New York-based Greene, who was a partner at the firm from 2007 to 2017, will resume his post in the trademark, copyright and advertising practice group.
“Jeff was a valued member of the IP department during his 10 years at Foley, and we are pleased to welcome him back to the team,” said Mark Diliberti, co-chair of the practice group, adding: “His wealth of experience will add significant depth to our established bench of IP attorneys and the services we offer our global clients.”
Greene had previously chaired Cooley’s trademark and advertising practice. He has experience across a wide variety of sectors, including retail, fashion, and the life sciences.
“It’s a pleasure to return to Foley and have the opportunity to work again with so many outstanding lawyers and practice groups,” Greene said. He continued: “The firm’s collaborative culture is unparalleled in the legal industry, and its national platform supports my practice perfectly.
“I’m excited to return ‘home’ and look forward to leveraging the depth of Foley’s capabilities to provide the highest level of service to my clients.”
