IP firm Pranger Law has announced that Scott Lonardo has joined as an IP litigation partner.
Lonardo will be based in the firm’s San Francisco office, according to a press release issued yesterday, December 17.
He joins from California-based Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, where he was an attorney for six years.
Lonardo has a varied practice including copyright, patent and trademark litigation, trade secrets, trade dress and domain names.
He counsels clients on IP prosecution and enforcement, and has represented clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Holly Pranger, managing partner at Pranger Law, said that Lonardo offered “a wealth of knowledge in the world of IP litigation”.
Lonardo said that he was looking forward to offering clients “a big firm experience, but with boutique level attention”.
