Memery Crystal hires Squire Patton Boggs partner
London-based law firm Memery Crystal has strengthened its team with the addition of Carl Rohsler.
Rohsler joins from Squire Patton Boggs, where he led the group’s IP litigation and gambling regulatory practices.
He has 25 years of experience, working on a variety of high-profile cases. These include cases on copyright infringement for computer software (Cantor v Tradition), likelihood of trademark confusion (Enterprise v Europcar), and patents for oil and gas undersea pipeline technology (Rockwater v Coflexip).

Rohsler added that he is delighted to be joining the firm and looks forward to developing IP and gambling law as part of the growing litigation team.
