Ice Miller makes two additions to its IP group
Ice Miller has hired two new lawyers to its intellectual property group, Alice Kelly and Shyla Jones, both located in the firm’s Chicago office.
Kelly is an experienced litigator. She deals with trademark law, and has tried cases in federal, state and arbitral forums, and regularly handles matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the US Patent and Trademark Office.
Her practice includes trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, franchise enforcement and licensing.
The second appointment, Jones, counsels clients on IP law and is a licensed patent attorney.
Her practice focuses on global protection and enforcement in trademark, trade dress and design patent issues across a range of industries, including travel, entertainment, fashion, software and technology, hospitality, food and beverage, and beauty and wellness.

Kelly and Jones join Fred Tecce, Aaron Ettelman and Bryon Wasserman who recently joined the firm’s IP group. They arrived in the new Philadelphia office in May.
