Gómez-Acebo & Pombo signs up new partner

Spanish firm Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has appointed Leonor Chastre as a new partner, it announced in September.

Chastre will head the IP and information technology division in the firm’s Lisbon, Portugal office.

She joins Gómez-Acebo & Pombo’s from Abreu Advogados where she was a partner. Chastre has also worked at Spanish law firm Mullerat Abogados.

She is also treasurer of the Portuguese Lawyer Association’s Centre for Conflict Mediation and Conciliation.
