Fish & Richardson hires Patterson + Sheridan partner
Fish & Richardson has hired a former partner of Patterson + Sheridan as principal in its litigation group in the firm’s Houston office.
Jayme Partridge joins Fish & Richardson after two and a half years at Patterson + Sheridan. Previously, Partridge served as in-house litigation counsel for ExxonMobil and worked as a mechanical engineer.
Partridge focuses her practice on complex IP litigation, from patent infringement to trade secrets.
She has represented clients across technology sectors, including fibre optics, chemical processes and catalysis, filtering technology, and computer hardware and software.
Kurt Glitzenstein, the firm’s litigation practice group leader, said: “We are always looking for top talent to add to our deep bench of seasoned trial lawyers, and Jayme is a highly skilled IP trial lawyer who will be a tremendous addition to our team.”
Earlier this week, WIPR reported that Fish & Richardson had announced the return of Katherine Prescott to the firm’s Silicon Valley office as of counsel.
Prescott left the firm in 2009 as a principal associate after eight years with the company, before spending three years at Apple as senior patent counsel and two years at WilmerHale and Miclean Gleason.
