Blank Rome hires another Pepper Hamilton partner

Blank Rome has hired another former Pepper Hamilton partner, less than a week after appointing commercial litigator Andrew Fletcher in Pittsburgh.

Charles Marion has joined Blank Rome as a commercial litigation partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office.

His practice will focus primarily in the areas of IP, franchise, securities, product liability, and complex business disputes.

Marion has tried patent and trademark infringement cases, trade secret misappropriation disputes, and numerous injunction actions.

Alan Hoffman, the firm’s chairman and managing partner, said: “For nearly three decades, Charles has handled a wide range of complex business disputes and litigation … We’re happy to add another accomplished litigator like Charles.”

Marion said he was impressed by Blank Rome’s “steady and strategic growth” over the past several years, and its collaborative approach to client service.
