Baker & McKenzie adds IP partner in Zurich

Law firm Baker & McKenzie has expanded its intellectual property and IT and communications practices by hiring Alessandro Celli as a partner.

Celli joins from Switzerland-based law firm Froriep.

He has experience in IP, cross-border transactions, licences and commercial litigation.

Further, he has represented clients in the technology industry.

He is based in the firm’s Zurich office, and the move is one of ten new hires at the firm.

Marnin Michaels, member of the management team at the firm in Zurich, said: “We are delighted that our office is strengthening its expertise in important strategic growth areas today.”
