Ashurst IP partner heads to Brown Rudnick

A former IP partner at  Ashurst has joined the London office of Brown Rudnick.

Mark Lubbock joins Brown Rudnick as a partner in its technology and IP practice.

He has more than 20 years of experience in IP, IT and healthcare, and advises clients on commercial arrangements, technology transfer agreements, and trademark licences.

Alexander Carter-Silk, co-chair of the firm’s global technology and IP group, said: “Mark’s skills and experience will strengthen and deepen the firm’s international capability in the technology and life-science space.”

Lubbock added: “With industry foresight and an exceptional aptitude for handling complex legal and technology issues, the firm is well positioned for the coming years. I’m delighted to be joining the team.”
