Tanya Meedom is head of Elmann’s IP team and she advises on protection and enforcement of IP rights, including trademark, design and copyrights, as well as IT law and marketing law. She has considerable experience in handling matters related to digital marketing, including domain name infringements and protection and enforcement of rights against illegitimate abuse on the internet, social media and apps. In addition, she has extensive experience in drafting and advising on all forms of commercial agreements, including licensing, royalty, distribution and agent agreements.
