Snapchat sues USPTO over ‘spectacles’ TM refusal

Snap, the owner of video-sharing app, Snapchat, has sued the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in a bid to overturn a decision refusing a trademark for the word ‘spectacles’.
