IPOS rejects Ferrero Rocher 3D mark

Italian chocolatier Ferrero’s plans have been spoiled after it failed to register a 3D trademark for its popular chocolate ‘Ferrero Rocher’ before the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS).
