Winston & Strawn promotes four to partner

Law firm Winston & Strawn has elected four attorneys specialising in intellectual property to join the firm’s partnership.

Samantha Lerner, Robert Newman, Luke Culpepper, and Krishnan Padmanabhan are all members of the firm’s intellectual property practice.

Lerner, who is based in Chicago, focuses on commercial IP litigation and Newman, who also works in the Chicago office, has counselled clients in the e-commerce and marketing industries on a range of IP matters.

Culpepper works in the firm’s Houston office and has experience in patent and trade secrets litigation while Padmanabhan, also a patent specialist, is based in New York.

In total, 13 attorneys have been promoted at the firm.
