White & Case hires partner in New York

Law firm White & Case has hired Joshua Berman to partner in the firm’s global commercial litigation practice in New York.

Berman joins from law firm Troutman Sanders.

He has experience in patent and trademark infringement, trade secrets and licensing arrangements.

His clients include Fortune 500 companies.

Glenn Kurtz, partner at the firm and head of the global commercial litigation practice, said: “Josh’s addition enhances our practice’s capabilities in one of the world’s key financial centres, where our clients rely on us for the great work we do—complex, cross-border disputes.”
