USITC to review findings in Qualcomm case against Apple
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) yesterday announced that it will partially review an administrative law judge’s (ALJ) decision not to issue a limited exclusion order against Apple despite finding it had infringed a Qualcomm patent.

20 December 2018 Apple is continuing to infringe Qualcomm’s patents despite recent injunctions issued by the Fuzhou Intermediate People’s Court in China, according to the semiconductor company.
7 November 2018 District Judge Lucy Koh yesterday ruled that Qualcomm must license its standard-essential patents to competitors, delivering a blow to the semiconductor company in its competition dispute with the US Federal Trade Commission.
