Ulmer & Berne boosts team with Dinsmore & Shohl hire
Ulmer & Berne has expanded the team in its Columbus, Ohio office with the addition of partner Rachael Rodman, who joins from Dinsmore & Shohl.
Rodman focuses her practice on IP litigation, and has experience representing clients in cases involving patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret claims.
Eric Robbins, chair of Ulmer’s IP and technology practice group, said: “She is a talented trial and appellate lawyer, and her blend of IP and commercial litigation experience is a great addition to our team.”
Rodman has worked with clients in a range of industries, including medical, financial, and technology, and has handled appeals before the Ohio Supreme Court and the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
