Times adds Schellenberg Wittmer partner
Swiss boutique law firm Times Attorneys has announced the appointment of Andrea Mondini as a partner.
Mondini joins from Schellenberg Wittmer, where he was a partner for over 17 years.
He focuses his practice on pharmaceutical patent litigation and frequently advises on licensing, distribution, franchising, R&D and technology transfer agreements.
Mondini has more than 25 years of experience in the IP field and frequently appears before the Swiss Federal Patent Court.
In a statement to WIPR, the company described Mondini as a “perfect fit” for the team and stated he will “significantly boost” the firm’s practice in the IP litigation and medical fields.
