Scarinci Hollenbeck merges with Bienstock & Michael

US-based law firm Scarinci Hollenbeck has merged with Bienstock & Michael.

Ronald Bienstock and Jill Michael join as partners and Brent Davis arrives as a counsel in the firm’s intellectual property practice.

Bienstock has experience in trademark law and Michael’s experience is in copyright and mechanical licences.

Davis focuses his practice on patent and trade secret cases and has represented clients in the music industry.

Adrian Lee and Shane Birnbaum also join as associates.

Russell Ascher, Scarinci Hollenbeck’s executive director, said: “Combining the two firms is a win-win situation. We are further bolstering several of our core practice areas by adding the knowledge and experience of additional corporate and IP attorneys.”
