Rouse promotes two executives in Vietnam and UAE

Law firm Rouse has promoted two executives in the firm’s Ho Chi Minh City and Dubai offices.

Yen Vu, who was previously senior associate at Rouse Legal in Ho Chi Minh City, will be the first executive in Vietnam.

She is a qualified lawyer and a registered intellectual property agent before the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

Bassel El Turk has been with the firm for ten years and will become the first local executive in the Middle East.

He heads Rouse’s enforcement practice in the Middle East and North Africa and has extensive experience in a wide range of IP-related work, with considerable experience in enforcement and complex IP litigation.

Luke Minford, CEO of Rouse, said: “I take great pleasure in congratulating both Yen and Bassel on their promotions to executive. Both are highly respected practitioners in their fields, whose formidable legal and commercial expertise exemplifies Rouse’s leadership in global and emerging IP markets.”
