Boutique intellectual property law firm Redd Solicitors has promoted two senior associates within its ranks.
John Colbourn has been promoted to associate director.
He primarily focuses on trademarks, designs and copyright, and has experience in issues related to brands including clearances, licensing agreements, registry disputes and enforcement.
Michael Browne has been appointed as partner at the firm.
Browne advises on the enforcement and exploitation of all IP rights and connected competition law issues.
Simon Chalkley, one of Redd’s founding partners, said: “It is a great feeling to be promoting lawyers who have been with us from the very start of their careers.
“John and Mike have both made tremendous contributions to the firm over the years, and their appointments will further enhance the service that we can provide to our clients for the future.”
