Rader Fishman & Grauer PLLC has expanded the IP team at its Michigan Office with the appointment of Barbara Mandell as partner.
Mandell (pictured), who joins the boutique firm's Bloomfield Hills office, is a litigator who specialises in patent, trademark and trade secrets cases. “We are honoured to have Barbara join the firm,” said Michael Fishman, founding partner of the firm.
“She has an impressive background representing clients in numerous areas of IP law. Her breadth of experience will enhance our litigation practice to better serve our clients.”
Mandell, who has more than 30 years’ experience, began her career as a staff attorney at the Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Competition, in Washington DC, investigating, litigating and trying antitrust cases.
Rader Fishman & Grauer focuses exclusively on patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets and licensing.
As well as its Bloomfield Hills office the firm also has branches in Washington, DC and Tokyo.
