Partner joins Gowlings’ Ontario office

Canadian law firm Gowlings has recruited a partner to its Waterloo Region office in Canada.

Neil Henderson joins from law firm Borden Ladner Gervais, where he was partner.

He specialises in assisting technology companies in managing and protecting IP portfolios.

As well as practising IP law in Canada, Henderson also has experience working in the Japanese technology industry.

He follows Jeffrey Wong who joined the firm as a partner in August.
