Norton Rose bolsters New York IP office with new patent litigator
Norton Rose has announced the appointment of Jeffrey Lewis as a patent litigator in the firms’ US office.
Lewis joined the firm from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, and is licensed to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
He has litigated more than 30 cases before the US Federal District Courts, and has argued numerous appeals before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Lewis focuses his practice on technology-related patents and trademark as well as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, biotechnology and life sciences.
Gina Shishima, Norton Rose Fulbright’s US Head of IP, stated that Lewis is an “accomplished IP litigator”.
“Jeff is an accomplished IP litigator with deep industry knowledge, and his practice greatly complements our existing team,” she said
