Michael Best & Friedrich promotes one to partner

US law firm Michael Best & Friedrich has promoted Molly Lawson to partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice group in Wisconsin.

Lawson has experience in patent prosecution, clearance and protection.

She represents clients in the computer software and hardware technology industries.

Lawson is based in the firm’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.

The move is among six other promotions at the firm.
