McDermott Will & Emery adds two to IP practice

Law firm McDermott Will & Emery has hired intellectual property litigators Charles McMahon (pictured below, left) and Jay Reiziss (pictured below, right) to its Washington, DC and Chicago offices.

McMahon has litigated patent cases at the US Patent Trial and Appeal Board and represents clients in the technology industry.

Reiziss specialises in patents, trademarks and trade secrets, representing clients in the chemistry, biotechnology, and computer hardware and software sectors.

Sarah Chapin Columbia, head of the firm’s global intellectual property litigation practice, said: “Jay and Charlie will be a terrific complement to our existing IP practice.”
