Marshall Gerstein & Borun appoints litigation chair

Chicago-based intellectual property law firm Marshall Gerstein & Borun has appointed Benjamin Horton as chair of its litigation practice.

Horton, who specialises in patent litigation and strategy, has litigated in federal courts across the US.

Jeffrey Sharp, the firm’s managing partner, said: “We are delighted that Ben accepted the role as chair of IP litigation.

“His hard work and dedication to the group, coupled with his commitment to the betterment of the firm, will no doubt push our litigation practice to further success.”
