Kilpatrick Townsend adds patent litigator to New York office
Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has added Grace Pan to the firm’s New York City office as a partner in the patent litigation team.
Pan, who joins from Holland & Knight, has represented clients from the US, Japan, Taiwan and China in a range of industries, including biotechnology, electronics, and semiconductors.
She focuses her practice on enforcing and defending patents, trademarks, and trade dress before the US Patent and Trademark Office, International Trade Commission, and federal courts.
Wab Kadaba, chair of Kilpatrick Townsend’s IP department, said: “I have never met anyone so relentlessly focused on developing true relationships with clients. She will be an incredible asset.”
Kadaba added that Pan will enhance the firm’s Asia litigation practice.
Pan said: “The firm’s emphasis on a collaborative spirit cutting across all practice areas greatly appealed to me. I look forward to meeting my new colleagues, learning what I can to assist Kilpatrick Townsend’s outstanding clients, and leverage existing synergies.”
