Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP has announced the addition of attorney Christian Nicholes to its electronics and software team in the IP department.
Nicholes is joining Kilpatrick Townsend’s Silicon Valley, California, office as counsel.
Nicholes concentrates his practice on patent preparation and prosecution relating to a variety of computer technologies. He joins Kilpatrick Townsend from Hickman, Palermo, Truong & Becker LLP in San Jose, California.

Nicholes earned his BS in computer science from Brigham Young University and his JD from the University of Utah College of Law. Before attending law school, Nicholes was employed as a computer programmer.
