Ice Miller hires IP technology counsel
Ice Miller has added Mike Jordan to the firm’s IP group as of counsel, based in Philadelphia.
Jordan represents clients in trade secret disputes, as well as patent and software development and licensing matters. He also conducts invalidity and patentability analysis.
Having previously worked as an electrical and instrument engineer, Jordan understands a wide range of technologies in fields such as electrical circuits, medical devices, and software systems.
In addition, Jordan has experience of dealing with patent prosecution in foreign jurisdictions such as China, Japan, and Europe.
