Honigman Miller appoints two partners

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP has strengthened its intellectual property capabilities with the arrival of two partners, the firm announced in June.

Anessa Kramer moves to the firm from Brooks Kushman PC, and Emily Zelenock joins from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Both partners will be based in the Oakland County office.

Kramer will practise IP in the firm’s corporate and securities department. Her practice includes the availability and protection of trademarks, managing and prosecuting large international trademark portfolios, and enforcing and litigating trademark actions.

Zelenock will join the firm’s litigation department, with a focus on patent litigation and other technology-related disputes. She also handles unfair competition and antitrust matters.
