Foley & Lardner promotes five IP lawyers

Foley & Lardner has promoted 19 lawyers to partner, with five of them in the firm’s IP practice.

Milwaukee-based Brett Belden and Kevin Malaney focus their practice on patents. Belden counsels clients on patents covering electronics and computer-related technologies, and Malaney’s practice involves the resolution of patent, trade secret, and other IP disputes.

Jean-Paul Ciardullo, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, and New York-based Ramy Hanna focus their practices on patent litigation.

Nicholas Lagerwall, based in Madison, Wisconsin, has patent prosecution and counselling experience in the areas of medical devices and computer hardware and software.
