Fish & Richardson hires principal in Munich

Law firm Fish & Richardson has added Martin Burda as a principal in the firm’s patent group in Munich.

Burda joins from Germany-based law firm Mitscherlich & Partner, where he was a patent attorney.

He has experience in patent, trademark, and design prosecution, and represents clients in the biotechnology industry.

Herbert Kunz, managing principal of the firm’s Munich office, said: “We are very excited to have Martin join our integrated US and European practice.”
