EIP opens office in Japan
Intellectual property law firm EIP has opened a representative office in Japan.
The office will be led by Stephen Scott, whose role will involve strengthening ties with the firm’s Japanese clients and patent and trademark law firms in the country.
EIP also has offices in the UK, US and Germany.
Chris Price, partner at the firm, said: “We believe that the formal presence of EIP in the east will significantly improve the firm’s ties with Japanese firms and in turn strengthen our capabilities on a global scale, as well as providing a local point of contact for our clients in Japan.”
