Dickinson Wright boosts Michigan office with Brinks Gilson hire

Dickinson Wright has added Nicholas Angelocci, from Brinks Gilson & Lione, to its Troy office in Michigan.

Angelocci, an of counsel, is a senior patent attorney who advises clients on patentability, application preparation, and enforcement. He is used to corresponding with the US Patent and Trademark Office, and provides clients with opinions on freedom to operate, non-infringement, and invalidity.

Before joining the legal profession, Angelocci was a mechanical engineer at Boeing. His legal practice areas include automotive products, medical devices, and aerospace and marine technologies, though he also has clients in manufacturing and consumer products.

Angelocci was a patent attorney at Fitch Even Tabin & Flannery before he worked at Brinks Gilson.
