Chadha & Chadha promotes four lawyers to partnership
Indian law-firm Chadha & Chadha has promoted four female IP associates to partnership.
Garima Sethi, who joined the firm in 2012, handles electronics and communication patent matters. She also advises clients on patent strategy and has experience in both domestic and foreign prosecution of patent applications.
Also promoted to partnership is Loveleen Kaur, who manages patent and design portfolios for various clients. Kaur specialises in electronics and IT patent matters.
Swati Bhanot, another new partner, joined the firm in 2013. She has represented clients in both domestic and foreign trademark prosecution, as well as advising them on the enforcement of their marks.
The fourth partner is trademark prosecution lawyer Aina Sethi, who is experienced in drafting oppositions and invalidation actions on behalf of clients while advising them on how best to enforce their trademarks.
Both Bhanot and Sethi are also active members of INTA.
