Broadcom accuses Hudson’s Bay of breach of licence in $55m suit

A subsidiary of American conglomerate Broadcom has sued Canadian retailer Hudson’s Bay for copyright infringement, claiming the Saks Fifth Avenue owner breached a software licensing agreement.
