Berger Singerman hires IP partner

US-based law firm Berger Singerman has hired Matthew Nelles as a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution team in Fort Lauderdale.

Nelles joins from Broad and Cassel, where he also worked as a partner.

He has experience in patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and internet liability cases.

His clients include Fortune 500 companies, as well as music entertainers and record companies in copyright and publicity litigation.
