Bardehle Pagenberg promotes four to partner
Bardehle Pagenberg has promoted four attorneys to partnership in the firm’s Munich office.
They are Georg Anetsberger, Axel Berger, Pascal Böhner and Stefan Lieck.
Anetsberger, a German and European patent attorney, has experience in prosecuting patent applications before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office. He covers the fields of physics, mechanical and electrical engineering.
Berger, who is also a German and European patent attorney, specialises in the life sciences and pharmaceuticals fields, with a particular focus on gene technology, biochemistry, cell biology, immunology, virology, pharmacology and medical devices.
Böhner focuses his practice on advising clients and conducting litigation in trademark, design, domain names and unfair competition matters.
Lieck specialises in patent and utility model litigation as well as in the enforcement and defence of claims related to unfair competition and design law.
