Sheppard Mullin welcomes partner in Palo Alto

Carina Tan has joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP as partner in the firm's IP group, based in Palo Alto.

Joining from law firm Reed Smith, Tan specialises in IP enforcement in US district courts and the International Trade Commission. She works on the licensing, sale and acquisition of IP, as well as IP due diligence in merger & acquisition deals and IP-backed financing.
