Charles Eskridge, who specialises in patent and trade secrets issues, joins from law firm Susman Godfrey. He will work in the firm’s Houston office.
Eskridge has tried in cases at both US federal and state courts and has also focussed on antitrust issues.
He is the third lawyer to join the firm’s Houston office in recent months after Karl Stern, who joined from Vinson & Elkins, and David Gerger, who formerly worked at IP boutique firm Gerger & Clarke.
