Latham & Watkins expands US team

Law firm Latham & Watkins has added two partners to its Washington, DC office.

Michael Morin and David Frazier, who both specialise in patents, have joined the firm’s litigation department. Both lawyers previously worked at the Washington, DC office of law firm Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner.

Morin (pictured below) litigates disputes covering fields including pharmaceuticals, software, consumer goods and sporting goods.

Frazier (pictured below) focuses primarily on pharmaceutical and biologics litigation.

Matthew Moore, global co-chair of the firm’s intellectual property litigation practice group, said the firm was thrilled to welcome the pair to the team.
