Kotitschke & Heurung merges with Maiwald
Germany-based IP boutique law firm Kotitschke & Heurung has merged with Maiwald Patentanwaltsgesellschaft.
Ralf Kotitschke joins Maiwald as equity partner and manager director.
He has experience in patent applications, opposition proceedings and the preparation of clearance opinions.
His clients include companies in the semiconductors, medical devices and automotives industries.
Susanna Heurung also joins Maiwald as an attorney-at-law.
Her practice focuses on trademarks, industrial designs, competition law and copyright.
