US law firm Fox Rothschild has expanded its intellectual property practice by hiring Brian Rothery as a partner.
Rothery joins from law firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and has experience in patent portfolio development, counselling and litigation.
He has represented clients in the nutritional productions, consumer products and energy industries.
Michael Slapo, the firm’s New York office managing partner, said: “We are excited to welcome Brian to the New York office … Brian bolsters our already strong IP practice in New York, and his experience with patent issues for life science companies and other businesses will be an asset for clients regionally and nationally.”
