Axinn adds three patent litigators in San Francisco

IP law firm Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider has hired three patent litigators to its San Francisco office.

Jeannine Sano joins a partner from White & Case, where she had worked since 2010. She has served as lead counsel at various levels, including US district courts, the US International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

She has experience in leading technology patent cases involving CPUs, chipsets, memory, operating systems, video processing, and mobile communications.

Eric Krause, joining from Fenwick & West, also adds expertise in patent and trade secrets cases involving Internet of Things devices, video streaming, display, mobile apps, and smart home devices.

Pan Lee, taking up his new position as of counsel at Axinn on February 10, also joins from Fenwick.

Matthew Becker, managing partner at Axinn, said the three new hires “demonstrate our commitment to attracting top talent, expanding our west coast presence and reinforcing our technology, IP, and antitrust capabilities nationwide”.
