Trio of lawyers joins Buchalter from Greenberg Traurig

Buchalter has welcomed Rick Taché as a shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s patent litigation group.

He is joined by senior counsels Erikson Squier and Roger Scott.

They all formerly served at Greenberg Traurig and will be based in Buchalter’s Orange County, California office.

Taché focuses his practice on patent and trademark prosecution and has represented clients in the aerospace, consumer products, and manufacturing industries.

Squier is an IP attorney with experience in patent prosecution and litigation, while Scott represents clients in civil litigation matters.

Adam Bass, president and CEO of Buchalter, said: “Adding a highly-regarded and elite IP shareholder such as Rick and his team to our patent and litigation groups is reflective of the type of talent we want to attract to properly service our clients.”

Taché added that he was thrilled to join the firm’s “extremely talented” patent and litigation teams.
