Manatt, Phelps & Phillips hires partner in New York
US-based law firm Manatt, Phelps & Phillips has hired Irah Donner as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice group in New York.
Donner joins from law firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, where he worked as a partner.
He has experience in patent prosecution and due diligence, and has represented clients in the computer hardware and software technology industries.
Yasser El-Gamal, co-chair of the firm’s IP practice, said: “Irah’s impressive background in computing hardware and software technologies and his substantial patent law experience will complement a number of our practices … We’re pleased to welcome Irah to the firm.”
