Kilpatrick Townsend strengthens IP team
Law firm Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has promoted eleven lawyers to counsel, including seven IP specialists, effective January 1.
The announcement was made in a press release issued on Monday, December 10.
Rob Curylo works as part of the firm’s electronics and software team, focusing his practice on patent strategy and analysis, while Allie Roach forms part of the trademark and copyright department, specialising in international and domestic trademark clearance.
They are joined in the firm’s Atlanta office by Kimberlynn Davis, a patent attorney working in chemical and life sciences, who counsels companies, universities and research foundations.
Allison Dobson also works in the chemical and life sciences, and is based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She focuses on patent prosecution and counselling, and due diligence.
Working in Walnut Creek, California, Lisa Flanagan advises on freedom to operate analysis in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors.
Kollin Zimmermann is a trademark and copyright attorney in Los Angeles, and specialises in IP litigation, including trade secrets and false competition cases.
Based in the firm’s New York office, Phil Rosenberg counsels clients on copyright and domain name enforcement.
