Goodwin hires four IP litigators from Greenberg Traurig
Goodwin has announced that four IP litigators from Greenberg Traurig are joining the firm as partners in its Washington, DC office.
Mark Davis has represented clients before the International Trade Commission, as well as district and appellate federal courts. His expertise includes antitrust matters associated with IP litigation.
As an advisor of start-ups, PJ McCarthy focuses his practice on complex technologies including semiconductors, smart phones, and telecommunications. He advises clients on litigation and general IP matters.
Ronald Pabis represents technology companies in complex patent litigation, as well as patent licensing disputes. His industry expertise includes semiconductors, software, and medical devices, and he has led trial teams through all stages of the litigation process.
Also joining the firm is Stephen Shahida, whose practice focuses on complex patent disputes and litigation involving divergent technologies. He has handled matters involving integrated circuit designs, internet services, and graphics accelerator chips.
