Our firm was established in Hong Kong in 1985, and the Beijing office opened in 1993.

Our main concern was the migration of data from the old database, which we did internally. Any data loss or incompatibility of data may mean missing deadlines and would be detrimental to our clients’ rights.

Yes, the general feedback is that Patricia® is easy to learn. We have basic training for each team member and all newcomers; each team member learns different functions depending on their duties.

We use various aspects of Patricia® on a daily basis, aspects that assist our firm in providing high-quality services to our clients as well as our internal operations. Examples include recording information relating to our clients’ IP portfolios, and client lists showing all the IP rights of trademark owners, which enables us easily to provide regular status updates to our clients.

Generating task lists of outstanding and pending work with internal and external deadlines for each team member helps our team to manage their work duties and prioritise matters according to their urgency.
